Job Details
  • Prepare and implement case strategies for immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters before DOL, DOS, and DHS
  • Support senior attorneys in client representation across corporate immigration matters
  • Collaborate with and oversee legal staff in the delivery of assigned matters
  • Research U.S. immigration law and procedures
  • Communicate with clients, including employees and representatives of multinational corporations
  • Manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload
  • Draft legal documents, maintain case records, and run reports using case tracking systems and industry-standard software

Looking For:

  • Any bar admission
  • Recent employment-based immigration experience, including PERM applications and work visa categories
