About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DOS/ADOS (Domestic Market) to drive business growth and strengthen Antaras footprint within India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury hospitality or travel trade sales, with a strong understanding of domestic market trends and client expectations. What Youll Do & What Were Looking For Market Expansion: * Develop and execute sales plans targeting domestic travel partners, OTAs, and corporate clients. * Identify and onboard new business partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 cities. Client Relationship Management: * Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts. * Ensure a superior client experience through consistent engagement and follow-ups. Revenue Growth: * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. * Leverage data and insights to optimize business development efforts. Representation & Promotion: * Represent Antara Cruises at trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events. * Act as a brand ambassador to promote Antaras domestic cruise experiences. Collaboration: * Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align offers, campaigns, and itineraries with market demand. Qualifications: * Graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within luxury travel, cruises, or hospitality. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Willingness to travel across India.
