Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Dispatcher with a Safety-First Mindset to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in coordinating transportation operations, optimizing routes, and maintaining clear communication between drivers and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely freight delivery.
• Monitor fleet operations and track vehicle locations using GPS technology.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and resolve issues.
• Utilize transportation management systems for data entry and shipment tracking.
• Analyze fleet performance data and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and shipment details.
• Assist in route planning for cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of transportation planning and fleet management principles.
• Familiarity with GPS and route optimization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with transportation management software (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
