display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">experience).  </span></li><li>10+ years of experience leading field operations, service, or O&M organizations within energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.  </li><li>Utility-scale solar <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">experience strongly preferred;</span> experience in adjacent energy sectors (wind, T&D, conventional generation, or industrial electrical services) is highly valued.  </li><li>Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams (100+ personnel <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">preferred).  </span></li><li>Proven ability to scale and professionalize field service <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline;
