<p>A rapidly growing global fintech infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to drive expansion across the United States and international markets.</p>
<p>The company provides modern payment and banking infrastructure that enables faster, more cost-effective, and reliable cross-border transactions for fintechs, payment service providers, and financial institutions worldwide.</p>

<p>What You'll Do</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead enterprise sales efforts across the US market and selected global regions.</li>
<li>Build and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth.</li>
<li>Develop and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.</li>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.</li>

<p>Required Experience</p>

<li>8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.</li>
<li>Proven track record selling payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or financial technology solutions.</li>
<li>Strong experience managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success building pipeline and closing high-value deals.</li>
<li>Existing network within the US fintech, payments, banking, or financial services ecosystem.</li>

<li><p>API-based financial products</p>
</li>
<li><p>Treasury and settlement operations</p>
</li>
<li><p>AML/KYC compliance and safeguarding frameworks</p>
