The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a reliable doer—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help bring concepts to life from planning through execution. You’ll be part of the process for creating content, data analysis, and experimentation efforts, ensuring amplifier accounts are ready to be tested and evaluated for long-term success. Here’s what you could expect to do as Digital Media Associate, Growth Strategist (key responsibilities): <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;"> Full-cycle content creator: Experience creating content from start to finish, including research, scripting, editing, and publishing, particularly for Gen Z and Millennial audiences. </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;"> Create concepts, write, edit and proofread copies for campaigns and content across digital platforms. </li> <li style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;"> Actively follows and engages with Latino pop culture, internet memes, TikTok trends, and political discourse. Has a wide range of interest in cultural topics, e.g. music, movies, gaming, sports, beauty. As well as being very informed on political issues. </li> <li style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;"> Understands narrative POVs how to use tone, humor, and visual storytelling to make a political or cultural point in all their video posts. </li> <li style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;"> Comfortable creating “amplifier” voices that sound organic, not corporate or advocacy-heavy. </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;"> Obsessed with testing new formats (carousel, short clips, skits, reaction cuts, subtitled news bites, etc.). </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif; color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"> Experience being on-camera as a host or personality, bringing energy and authenticity to the content. </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Raleway, sans-serif;"> Data-informed content strategist.
