About The Role
We are hiring a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team from home on a flexible schedule. This remote position is open to candidates in Los Angeles, California and is ideal for individuals looking for supplemental income or a flexible work arrangement alongside other commitments. You will be entering and maintaining customer records and operational data with accuracy and attention to detail. A background check is required for all positions handling company data.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer, account, and operational data into internal company systems
Review submitted information for completeness, formatting, and accuracy — flag any errors for team lead review
Maintain organized digital records across assigned accounts and databases
Meet weekly data entry accuracy and productivity targets as set by team management
Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status to team leads via email and chat
Handle all data, records, and account information with strict confidentiality
Assist with file organization, document formatting, and administrative support as needed
Participate in brief weekly check-ins with the team to review workload and priorities
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong accuracy
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets while working independently
Must pass a pre-employment background check
