From the earliest stages of discovery through proof-of-value, you will design tailored architectures, lead compelling demonstrations, and position Thales’s solutions as the clear answer to our customers' most pressing application security and data protection challenges.</p><p>This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom and a technical deep-dive — someone who builds credibility fast and turns complex concepts into clear business value.</p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li><b>Lead the technical sales cycle</b> — Own discovery, RFP/RFI responses, solution design, product demos, and proof-of-value engagements from start to finish.</li><li><b>Communicate with impact</b> — Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused narratives tailored for both technical audiences and C-suite stakeholders.</li><li><b>Build lasting relationships</b> — Develop trusted partnerships with engineering teams, IT leaders, and executive decision-makers across customer organizations.</li><li><b>Design tailored solutions</b> — Architect customized approaches that directly address each customer's unique security and compliance challenges.</li><li><b>Collaborate cross-functionally</b> — Partner closely with Product, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and an outstanding customer experience.</li><li><b>Stay ahead of the industry</b> — Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep Thales’s solutions positioned at the cutting edge.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We're Looking For</b></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in pre-sales roles within cybersecurity, enterprise software, networking, or security.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Hands-on experience with WAF, Bot Management, or DDoS solutions.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills in both English (B2+) and Spanish.</li><li>Practical experience with cloud and containerization platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.</li><li>Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), Web Application Security, or <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Security/Cloud/Networking</span> certifications.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI, SOX, and HIPAA.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Position Details</b></p><p>📍 Remote – Primary Location, <b>Monterrey</b>, Mexico.</p><p>✈️ Frequent international travel within Mexico & LATAM required</p><p>🪪 Mexican citizenship or valid work permit required.</p><p></p><p><b>Say HI and learn more about working at Thales</b> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9aMF4NMhEJo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">(Click Here)</a></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>#LI-JCB</p><p>#LI-HYBRID</p><p></p><p></p>At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
