Customer Development Manager- TikTok (Remote)

<strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong><br/><br/>The Manager, Customer Development - TikTok Shop leads the strategy and execution to scale Nestlé Health Science's presence on TikTok Shop, driving incremental revenue, new consumer reach, and long-term brand equity. This role owns end-to-end channel performance, aligning cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver against forecast, demand planning, and the commercial calendar. Accountable for key P&L drivers, the role tracks performance, identifies gaps, and implements solutions to accelerate growth while building scalable processes that establish TikTok Shop as a critical growth engine for the organization.<br/><br/>This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters. This position supports Nestlé Nutrition & Health.<br/><br/><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br/><br/>Business Development<br/><br/><ul><li>Manage external TikTok and agency partners</li><li>Manage cross-functional internal partnerships</li><li>Own forecast and demand plan; escalate supply risks</li><li>Optimize TikTok Shop calendar (assortment, pricing, promotions)</li><li>Reconcile spend and align with Finance on P&L</li><li>Track performance and flag gaps</li></ul><br/><br/>Project Management<br/><br/><ul><li>Monitor TikTok Shop landscape and best practices</li><li>Track competitor activity and winning tactics</li><li>Identify drivers of TikTok-to-Amazon halo</li></ul><br/><br/>Data Analytics & Insights<br/><br/><ul><li>Build and maintain TikTok Shop playbook</li><li>Drive adoption across brands</li><li>Present strategy and opportunities to leadership</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>5+ years of consulting or Consumer-Packaged Goods experience</li><li>eCommerce experience a plus!</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Experience with forecasting and inventory management</li><li>Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI on investments</li><li>Prior TikTok Shop and/or agency experience</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>SKILLS</strong>:<br/><br/><ul><li>Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong initiative</li><li>Data-driven decision making; ability to interpret performance metrics and act quickly</li><li>Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build new processes</li><li>Influencing skills across cross-functional and external stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Strategic thinking with strong execution focus</li><li>Agile mindset with ability to test, learn, and scale quickly</li></ul><br/><br/>The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000- $150,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
