As a member of this project you will monitor & moderate social feeds for issues raised by the public and respond where appropriate using pre-approved text. You will also escalate issues to our client's security where appropriate.</span></p><p><br><br>Project Hours (All Times Pacific):<br>Monday: 6am-10am PT</p><p>Tuesday to Friday: 6am-11am</p><p>Saturday & Sunday: 6am-2pm<br><br>Hourly Rate:<br>To be discussed in the interview phase<br><br>Commitment:<br>20 hours per week<br>90 days<br><br>Orientation Begins:<br>TBD</p><p><br>Language:<br>English</p><p></p><p>What We Are Looking For:</p><ul><li><p>Has experience moderating user-created projects and live-streamed content to determine the level of safety</p></li><li><p>Must be focused on the task ahead</p></li><li><p>Should be comfortable with the possibility of viewing extreme or disturbing content.</p></li><li><p>Experience with child trust and safety</p></li><li><p>Understanding of high-level child safety processes</p></li><li><p>Experience with Zendesk is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p>***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application.
