In this role, you will help ensure moderation decisions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with established policies and guidelines.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate has experience in content moderation, trust & safety, quality assurance, policy compliance, fraud investigations, or operational review environments. You should be comfortable analyzing large volumes of content, identifying quality trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve moderation outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, Risk Operations, Fraud Investigations, Data Labeling, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of policy enforcement, quality review, and moderation processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience conducting quality audits or reviewing moderation decisions.</li><li>Experience creating benchmark datasets, test cases, or evaluation frameworks.</li><li>Experience working with external partners, vendors, or review teams.</li><li>Familiarity with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.</li><li>Background in fraud detection, account integrity, abuse prevention, or risk investigations.</li><li>Knowledge of Trust & Safety industry best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><strong>Content Moderation Quality Assurance</strong></p><ul><li>Review and evaluate moderation decisions for accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.</li><li>Conduct quality audits and identify areas requiring corrective action.</li><li>Monitor moderation performance and ensure adherence to established standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Calibration & Quality Programs</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain benchmark datasets used to evaluate moderator performance.</li><li>Participate in calibration exercises to improve consistency across review teams.</li><li>Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to improve review quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Identify trends, gaps, and recurring issues within moderation workflows.</li><li>Recommend improvements to policies, processes, and operational procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to implement quality-focused solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Data Analysis & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze quality metrics and operational data.</li><li>Produce reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Support leadership with data-driven recommendations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with operations, quality, policy, and program teams.</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to training, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
