Start date is ASAP for this short-term Adhoc position.<br><br><strong>Job Title:</strong> Constant Contact SME<br><strong>Location-Type:</strong> Remote<br><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP<br><strong>Duration:</strong> Adhoc<br><strong>Compensation Range:</strong> $66/hr - $78.00/hr on W2<br><strong>Benefits:</strong> Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K<br><strong>Visa Sponsorship:</strong> Not eligible for visa sponsorship<br><br><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong>The client is seeking a Constant Contact Subject Matter Expert to provide hands-on expertise administering their marketing automation environment and supporting integration with their CRM platform.<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>• Administer and manage the client's Constant Contact environment on an ad hoc consulting basis.<br>• Support integration between Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.<br>• Configure and optimize lead management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.<br>• Build and maintain campaign reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions.<br>• Advise the sales organization on outbound communication and prospect engagement strategies.<br>• Assess existing business processes and recommend scalable marketing technology solutions.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing automation capabilities and business goals.<br><br><strong>Minimum Requirements:<br><br></strong>• Deep hands-on experience administering and managing Constant Contact environments.<br>• Proven experience integrating marketing automation platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.<br>• Strong understanding of lead management, audience segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analytics.<br>• Experience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.<br>• Experience supporting sales organizations with outbound communication and prospect engagement strategies.<br>• Ability to assess business processes and recommend scalable technology solutions.<br>• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br><br></strong>• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to Client regulations, email marketing compliance, opt-in/opt-out management, and regulated communications and record retention.<br>• Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Apollo.io, or Outreach.<br>• Broad understanding of sales and marketing technology ecosystems and CRM best practices.<br>
