Our client is a provider of IT and digital services, delivering technology solutions, software development, and IT support to enhance innovation and operational efficiency within the insurance and financial services sectors. The company specializes in digital transformation, IT infrastructure, and application management to support its global operations.
Review and assess change requests for completeness, risk, and business impact. Ensure changes are properly categorized, prioritized, and assigned for approval.
Schedule and coordinate changes, ensuring they are implemented within defined maintenance windows and with minimal disruption. Monitor and track change implementation and verify successful completion.
Support post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned. Ensure compliance with Change Management policies, standards, and SLAs.
Maintain and update the CMDB with accurate and current configuration item (CI) data. Assist in defining and maintaining CI classes, attributes, and relationships.
Perform regular audits of the CMDB to identify and correct discrepancies. Ensure data integrity and completeness across all CI records.
Collaborate with service owners, technical teams, and asset management to validate and update CI data.
Generate reports and metrics for change management (e.g., change success rates, failed changes, emergency changes).
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
ITIL Foundation certification required; Intermediate certifications (e.g., Service Transition, RCV)
preferred.
2–4+ years of experience in ITSM with exposure to Change Management and CMDB maintenance.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and services.
Able to support Indonesia Business hours.
Additional Details:
Salary Range: Up to RM8,500/month.
Contract Duration: 12 Months (with potential of extension/conversion).
Location: Jalan Tun Sambathan, Kuala Lumpur.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 40 hours spread over 5 working days.
