Investigator Pricing Analyst Home based Spain<br><p>ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patients faster.</p><br><p>As a values-driven organisation, integrity, collaboration, agility, and inclusion are at the heart of how we work and interact with each other, customers, patients and suppliers.</p><br><p>Support Global Development Operations, Global Study and Clinical Management Groups and Therapeutic Area Teams by creation of pricing proposals for clinical study budgets, consulting and related agreements.<br>Support Finance in the development of study level budget estimates using pricing tools.<br>Development of fair market value negotiation guidelines for each pricing request.<br>Maintain database of information related to pricing.<br>Ownership of pricing tools and templates/forms.<br>Participating in team/department special projects as required<br>Budget creation:</p><ul><li>Receive pricing requests from Clinical Development</li><li>Study Clients for original or amended budgets</li><li>Review study protocol or consulting scope of work and discuss with Clinical Study Team </li></ul><p>Use industry benchmarking pricing tool(s) and internal historical data to create base clinical study budget or recommendation for consultant or services compensation<br>Create budget spreadsheet and corresponding documentation to be incorporated into Agreement<br>Prepare pricing and negotiation summary packet which is provided to Law Department / LOC for negotiation<br>Maintain database of pricing and related data for use in cycle time, site selection and negotiation analysis and reporting<br>Provide consult to Law Department / LOC, as needed, for site negotiation issues and re-pricing for existing budgets<br>Observe timelines associated with completion of pricing requests<br>Build base budget in appropriate systems (ex. eClinical – required in US)</p><p></p><p>Clinical Trial Payment System (CTPS)<br>•     Update and review EDC receipts<br>•     Create site configuration package for CTPS<br>•     Approve manual payment requests for sites using the CTPS<br>•     Approve site invoices for sites using the Site Invoice Upload mod<br>•     Liaise with CTPS vendor for resolution of site issues .</p><p>Single point of contact for payment issue resolution and oversight. <br> <br>Communication <br>• Liaise with other critical departments to obtain necessary information required to create pricing, such as Law, Finance, and Clinical Teams Communicate on a regular basis to clients regarding progress of<br>pending pricing requests</p><p></p><p>Special Projects<br>• Participate in department or cross-functional projects as defined by internal team goal or outside department needs</p><p></p><p>Deliverables<br>• Base budget and supporting documentation for clinical study or proposed compensation for<br>consultant services<br>•   Negotiation guidelines for Law department / LOC status reporting and updates </p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Basic qualifications</b> <br>3 years’ work experience in financial support or contract administration role<br>Creation of site level clinical trial budgets</p><p>BA/BS/BSc</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred qualifications </b><br>3-5 years’ work experience in financial support or contract<br>administration role <br>BA/BS/BSc in Finance or Accounting </p><br><p>Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.</p><br><p><b>Rewards & Benefits</b></p><p>ICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.</p><br><p>Benefits may include:</p><ul><li>Competitive base salary and performance related incentives</li><li>Health and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable</li><li>Retirement and pension plans</li><li>Life assurance and disability coverage</li><li>Employee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources</li><li>Learning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways</li></ul><br><p>Benefits may vary depending on role and location.</p><br><p>Visit our <a href="https://careers.iconplc.com/benefits" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">careers site</a> to read more about the benefits ICON offers.</p><br><p><b>Inclusion and Accessibility</b></p><p>ICON is an equal opportunity employer.
