About the position

Responsibilities

Host live streams, engaging with audiences and fostering real-time interaction.
Interact with viewers, answering questions and encouraging active participation.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging TikTok LIVE content.
Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout live streams.
Monitor and respond to viewer comments and feedback during live sessions.
Stay updated on live streaming trends and TikTok LIVE best practices.

Requirements

1 year of experience in social media hosting.
Confident on-screen presence with the ability to create a relatable and engaging atmosphere.
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak authentically about relationship dynamics between husbands and wives, including personal experiences with marriage.
Strong understanding of women's topics, including marriage, family dynamics, and balancing personal and family life.
Naturally warm and approachable communication style.

Nice-to-haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Preferably a housewife with personal experience managing family life, marriage, and household dynamics.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging and relevant content.
Previous experience as a live host or presenter is beneficial but not required.
