Call Center Manager (Outbound | Automotive)

About the Role

Gazer is an international automotive cybersecurity company developing advanced anti-theft systems. We are currently looking for a Call Center Representative to support our market development efforts in India.

This role focuses on outbound communication with automotive businesses (dealerships, distributors, service centers) to gather insights and support market awareness through structured outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to automotive businesses across India.
• Follow a structured call script to communicate with dealerships and industry representatives
• Identify and record whether Gazer S5 systems are present in partner offerings
• Accurately track call outcomes, statuses, and insights in Google Sheets / CRM
• Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of contacts
• Ensure full transparency of activity through the company’s telephony system
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to call scripts based on real conversations
• Regularly report on call progress, activity levels, and results

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, sales, or cold calling roles
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Fluent Marathi or Hindi (Mandatory) and English (spoken and written)
• Location: Mumbai / Pune (Remote)
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real conversations
• Attention to detail and discipline in reporting
• Self-organized and comfortable working remotely
• Stable internet connection, computer, and ability to work via online tools

Working Conditions

• Part-time format (minimum 5 hours per day)
• Working hours: within standard Indian business hours (9:00–18:00)
• Fully remote work
• Compensation is based only on time spent on active calls (tracked via company telephony system)
• Monthly payment based on approved timesheets
• Leave (vacation/sick days) — by agreement with the manager
