This Current state process documentation will be used in the Project Implementation process. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Convince potential new customers to provide as much detail as possible about their current business processes. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Identify areas of alignment/misalignment between the customers current state processes and Niche “Out of the box” (OOTB) functionality.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Begin discussing the OOTB philosophy with the potential new customers.  </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Document all learnings from the discovery process in a way that can be used to guide the customer selection process and statement of work. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Provide opinion on whether the potential customer is a good match for NicheRMS to inform the Bid/No Bid decision. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Assess all misalignments to determine potential workarounds or development load impacts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Attend sales demos at the appropriate time in the sales process and produce Demo reports. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Support sole source statement of work writing.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Responsibilities during Pre-Bid, Bd, Sole Source Processes:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Identify OOTB alignment concerns.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Identify requirement functional extensions that will require development. Generate and provide as much detail on the business processes as possible.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Responsibilities during Project Implementation:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Fully document Current state business processes</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Track hours spent on this activity. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Fully document future state business processes. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Minimize Niche’s exposure and risk on project. Identify risks weekly to the customer and to Niche management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Focus on OOTB application use. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Write development specifications with extreme detail. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Delivery in 1 and ½ builds.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Coordinate with the Project Manager for change/ticket management process.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Understand build scheduling for the customer. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Review/screening of tickets that are being submitted by customers. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Review specifications prepared by customer team and add details as needed. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Make sure specifications align with the documented business processes. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Guide customers to prepare better specifications. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Production of development notes for the developers. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Test and review of build deliverables.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Set and manage client expectations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
