We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Developer specializing in Cosmos SDK and Cosmos WASM to lead end-to-end development for our Web3 platform.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying smart contracts and dApps using Cosmos SDK, Cosmos WASM, and Tendermint. You will work on blockchain infrastructure, front-end and back-end development, and smart contract implementation while ensuring security, scalability, and decentralization.
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in both public and private blockchains networks.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Cosmos SDK-based blockchain applications
Implement and optimize CosmWasm smart contracts for governance, staking, and other Web3 functionalities
Develop full-stack solutions using TypeScript, Rust, Golang, and Solidity
Architect and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication)
Work on public and private blockchain implementations, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance
Optimize Tendermint consensus mechanisms and blockchain performance
Ensure security best practices for smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure
Integrate Web3 wallets, authentication, and identity management solutions
Collaborate with product, design, and front-end teams to deliver a seamless user experience
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Cosmos, blockchain interoperability, and DeFi innovations
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Cosmos SDK and Cosmos WASM development
5+ years of experience in blockchain development (Rust, Golang, Tendermint, Ethereum, or similar ecosystems)
Proficiency in Rust, Golang, TypeScript, and Solidity
Experience developing and deploying CosmWasm smart contracts
Hands-on experience with IBC, Tendermint, and blockchain interoperability
Proven experience with both public and private blockchains, including permissionless and permissioned networks
Knowledge of Cosmos Networks and cross-chain communication
Strong expertise in REST & GraphQL APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture
Experience with full-stack development frameworks.
Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security
Familiarity with DevOps & cloud infrastructure
Prior contributions to open-source blockchain projects (GitHub, Cosmos community, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DeFi, staking mechanisms, and decentralized governance models
Knowledge of zk-SNARKs, zero-knowledge proofs, and advanced cryptography
Familiarity with Web3 UX/UI best practices and wallet integrations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
