You will lead the strategic direction, governance, and administration of the Atlassian ecosystem across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Lead Atlassian Governance Forums and enterprise working groups to align DevOps, QA, Security, and PMO stakeholders.
Own the end-to-end administration, roadmap, and scaling of Jira, Confluence, and ROVO.
Drive ROVO adoption and implement scalable automation, templates, and reporting standards.
Define governance structures, policy templates, and approval flows to ensure platform compliance.
Partner with engineering leads to integrate Atlassian tools into agile delivery pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience managing enterprise Atlassian toolsets.
Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and ROVO.
Proven ability to lead steering committees or tool adoption programs.
Strong background in DevOps, Agile delivery, and enterprise collaboration.
Advanced proficiency in workflow design, automation, and platform governance.
Experience managing integrations with Git, Slack, and Power BI.
Ability to manage stakeholders ranging from technical teams to VPs.
Experience developing executive dashboards and usage metrics.
