This role goes beyond traditional planning cycles to deliver deep insights into revenue drivers, cost structures, and operational efficiency, enabling leadership to optimize growth and profitability across client segments and service models.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Advanced Financial & Business Analysis</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead profitability analysis across business lines and by office/region</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Develop detailed models to evaluate revenue yield, cost-to-serve, and contribution margins</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support detailed MD&A analysis & identify key trends/insights on financial performance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Manage key KPIs such as utilization and capacity analysis, and revenue by office and lead</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead pricing analysis by office/region</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Support M&A related analysis</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Financial Planning & Forecasting</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on key value drivers</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Oversee budget to actuals and variance analysis</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead cash forecast modeling and cash flow management processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Development of multi-year financial forecasts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Continuously improve forecast accuracy through data-driven insights and scenario analysis</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Qualifications: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Education & Experience</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems or related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong experience in financial services, preferably wealth or asset management</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Private equity or investment banking experience strongly preferred</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Advanced financial modeling and data analysis/modeling capabilities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong understanding of business line economics, cost allocation, and profitability frameworks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience analyzing capacity utilization, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Knowledge of pricing strategy, fee structures, and revenue optimization techniques, preferably in private equity funded/managed and AUM-based revenue structures</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Advanced proficiency in Excel</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience with Netsuite Planning & Budgeting and Netsuite Data Analytics Warehouse and PowerBi or equivalent preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and intellectual curiosity</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Expanding experience with AI preferred, and interest in continuing to learn and grow in AI related skills</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>Pathstone’s expected starting base compensation range for the position as of the time of this posting is $145,000 - $170,000 per year. The actual base compensation selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, education, specialty and training.
