Airline Industry - Japanese Speaker Customer Service

Responsibilities

You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.

• Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
• Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Japanese and English (able to converse, read and write)
• Candidate must possess at least JLPT-N2 or JLPT-N1 certificate or graduated from universities in Japan.
• Candidate must be able to work 24/7 rotational shift
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent level
• Experience in BPO/call center background will be an added advantage

Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday) Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
