Biovista Lifesciences Sdn Bhd, a growing agrochemical company, is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable, monitoring customer credit, and ensuring timely collections to support the company’s financial operations.
What you'll be doing :
Day to day Account Receivable (AR) functions. Closely monitor, control and update customers’ (local and overseas) accounts & details for payment collection.
Fully in charge of credit control of customer (Debtors Account) and chase payment for overdue invoices, including coordinating payment collection with sales team.
Perform daily account receivables updates, issue Statement of Account, receipt and aging report.
Prepare weekly collections (collection report) and weekly update of outstanding balance of Debtors account.
Assist on calculation of sales commission.
Assist on all account related matters including account entries (GL) of subsidiary company, liaison with company secretary and auditors
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Accounts Receivable).
Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Ms Word and accounting software.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environment
Knowledge of credit control processes is an added advantage.
