ACCOUNTING MANAGER (REF:AC)

Roles & responsibilities

1. Accounting Management
   • Manage monthly and annual closing processes
   • Prepare and analyze financial statements (PL/BS/CF)
   • Budget management and variance analysis (budget vs actual)
   • Establish internal controls (fraud prevention)
   • Handle taxation matters (corporate tax, SST, etc.)
   • Formulate and standardize accounting policies
   • Team management

2. Accounting Operations
   • Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, etc.)
   • Verify the appropriate selection of chart of accounts
   • Reconcile with supporting documents (invoices, receipts)
   • Review and adjust journal entries prior to monthly closing
   • Prepare adjustment entries (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full set accounts
• Experience in managing AP, AR, and GL comprehensively
• Candidates with strong experience in AutoCount Accounting Software will be preferred
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks while managing subordinates
• Proactive problem-solver who does not simply wait for instructions
