ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Accountant Executive to join our dynamic team at KONSEP MENOA SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time Accountant Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other relevant documents
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient accounting practices
• Provide support to the management team by offering financial insights and recommendations
• Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accountant role, preferably within the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
