<p>Key responsibilities</p>
<p>• Responsible for test and measurement businesses in the assigned territory.</p>
<p>• Formulate and implement market segments & territory sales plan to achieve growth targets.</p>
<p>• Derive and execute action plans to develop new markets and penetrate accounts.</p>
<p>• Establish strategic partnerships with government organizations, research institutions, universities, and key accounts.</p>
<p>• Coordinate with business units and marketing teams in new product launches and pursue opportunities in emerging technologies.</p>
<p>• Drive continuous improvement in the selling process such like planning, forecasting and productivity.</p>
<p>• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales objectives</p>

<p>Job requirements (education or experience and skills required to be able to perform this job)</p>
<p>• Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</p>
<p>• Preferably 2-3 years of technical sales/application experience in the test and measurement industries.</p>
<p>• Highly-motivated and success-driven.</p>
<p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p>• Strong time management, problem-solving and analytical skills</p>
<p>• Exercises strong initiatives, assumes ownership and ability to perform under significant pressure</p>
<p>• Possess a valid driving license with own vehicle</p>
<p>• Candidates in technical roles with strong aptitude for sales are welcome to apply</p>
