Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (FULL SET)

• Location: Butterworth, Raja Uda
• Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,500
• Gender: Female
• Age: 30 – 45 years old

Requirements: Minimum: Basic foundation in Accounting Able to read, write & understand basic English

Job Scope:

Accounts Management

• Managing company accounting AR / AP
• Payment entry, approval & maker
• Bank reconciliation

Reporting

• Preparing monthly Profit & Loss for Director

Payroll & Statutory

• Managing & issuing payroll
• PCB, EPF, EIS

Tax Matters

• Company tax
• Manage Director's income tax matters

External Coordination

• Coordinating with banker on company current account matters
• Coordinating with company secretary / auditor on accounting & company-related matters

Reporting Line

• Directly reporting to Director on company/accounting and private & confidential matters related to the company
