As a Senior QC Engineer, you won’t just test features quietly in a sandbox; you will act as a vital triage unit alongside support staff to debug unexpected system misconfigurations, validate dependencies, and protect high client satisfaction ratings. This is a fast-moving, highly visible role that bridges client-facing Go-To-Market teams and core engineering, translating urgent production anomalies into well-documented, reproducible tickets for immediate resolution.</p> <h3>🔍 Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li><strong>End-to-End Quality Ownership:</strong> Own the manual verification of complex, end-to-end user workflows and business requirements for a live, high-traffic SaaS platform.</li><li><strong>Production Triage & Incident Support:</strong> Act as a critical line of defense during live events, collaborating with support teams to rapidly reproduce, debug, and diagnose unexpected system anomalies and misconfigurations.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Translation:</strong> Bridge the gap between non-technical client teams and core engineering by translating complex production bugs into detailed, reproducible engineering tickets.</li><li><strong>Backend & API Validation:</strong> Perform deep backend data verification and execute REST API validations to ensure robust integrations and data integrity.</li><li><strong>Test Strategy & Mapping:</strong> Analyze ambiguous product requirements and naturally translate them into exhaustive test scenarios, validation maps, and comprehensive test cases.</li></ul> <h3>💡 Must-Have Skills</h3> <ul><li><strong>5+ years of software testing experience</strong> with a strong, proven focus on manual verification of end-to-end user journeys in complex web applications.</li><li><strong>Deep hands-on proficiency with Postman</strong> for executing REST API validations and checking backend integrations.</li><li><strong>Strong SQL skills</strong> for backend data verification, querying, and comprehensive database testing.</li><li><strong>Practical knowledge of WCAG standards</strong> and experience utilizing digital accessibility testing tools.</li><li><strong>Proven history working within Agile/Scrum environments</strong>, including active participation in sprint ceremonies and advanced tracking through Jira.</li><li>Experience working in remote, distributed teams across LATAM.</li><li><strong>Fluent English</strong> (written and spoken) for daily technical communication and cross-team collaboration.</li></ul> <h3>🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills</h3> <ul><li><strong>Log Analysis:</strong> Experience reviewing system logs and performance health metrics using <strong>Datadog</strong> to trace production bugs.</li><li><strong>Asynchronous Architectures:</strong> Familiarity with validating event-driven or asynchronous workflows built on <strong>Kafka</strong>.</li><li><strong>NoSQL Databases:</strong> Exposure to verifying backend data within <strong>MongoDB</strong> environments.</li><li><strong>CI/CD Awareness:</strong> A general understanding of automated continuous integration/deployment loops and global release validation strategies.</li></ul> <h3>🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration</h3> <p>The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to <strong>EST</strong>.
