We are a garage cleanout company based in Minnesota looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to drive qualified leads to our landing page and get them to book our service.

We are not looking for someone to just run ads. We need someone who knows what they are doing, has done this before in home services or a similar industry, and can get us real results.

The Goal:

50 qualified leads per month minimum

Leads must be homeowners in our target area who are ready to book

$2,000–$3,000 monthly ad budget — we need it spent efficiently, not wasted

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Building and managing our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from scratch

Writing compelling ad copy and working with us on creatives

Targeting the right audience — homeowners, local, high intent

A/B testing ads to find what converts

Optimizing campaigns weekly based on performance data

Sending us a weekly report — leads generated, cost per lead, what's working and what's not

Communicating clearly and consistently — we expect updates without having to chase you

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience running Facebook ads for home services, local businesses, or similar industries

Someone who has managed a $2,000–$3,000+ monthly ad budget before

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, targeting, and conversion tracking

Results-driven — you are judged on leads, not just impressions

Honest communicator who will tell us what's working and what isn't

Available for a quick weekly check-in call
